President – Beth Meyer
Hello! My name is Beth Meyer and I am your new ASB President. I was born and raised right here in Walla Walla. I am so excited to be involved in ASB this year and give back to such a fantastic school and community. I’m attending Walla Walla Community College because A) it’s great and B) to get my Associate’s in Biology after which I intend to move on to a University of Washington to pursue a degree in plant biology. I am so grateful for this opportunity to connect with everyone and serve the student body. Have a great year, everybody!
Executive Vice President- Jeff Schwarz
Hi, my name is Jeff. I was born and raised in the small town of Waitsburg, Washington. The two biggest parts of my life are family and faith, I can’t get enough of either I ran for ASB executive Vice President so that I could spend the next year helping students and improving the college experience here at WWCC. I’m currently pursuing a transfer degree, so that I can eventually get my master’s in business. I love to listen, please come see me in my office any time with ideas on how I can improve and support student life and success on and off campus.
Business Vice President – Zach Rice
Hello! My name is Zach Rice and I will be the ASB Business Vice President for the 2016-17 school year. I am from a little town in Eastern Oregon called Irrigon where I graduated in 2015. In high school I played Basketball and was also involved in multiple extra circular activities like key club and Honors society. While at CC, I plan on earning my transfer degree and move on to a four-year school. I’m extremely excited to be a part of this year’s ASB group and I’m ready for a great year. Go Warriors!
Activities Vice President – Anna Winnett
Hello! My name is Anna Winnett, it’s my second and final year here at Walla Walla Community College and I love this school. My plan next year is to transfer to Central Washington University and pursue a career in Food Science and Dietetics. I am excited to serve the student body as Activities Vice President this year. I am excited to continue to keep the existing, best Community College in the nation, up and running. My main focus is to introduce new activities to encourage more diversity. Inquiries are always invited so come say hello and place a proposal in the suggestion box in the Student Activity Center.
Media & Technology Vice President – Brittany Zuercher
My name is Brittany Zuercher and I am your new 2016-17 WWCC Media & Technology VP. This is currently my second year here at WWCC and first as an ASB officer. I am from a small town called Irrigon, Oregon where I graduated from high school in 2015. I was involved in Yearbook design as editor in chief for two years, FFA, Volleyball and Softball. I chose Walla Walla Community College because of the overwhelming feedback I received about the diversity and positive environment and have not been let down yet! As an ASB officer I plan to continue that legacy and improve the college experience for EVERYONE.
